Vacuum capacity : 1 x 10-3 torr, Doors, vertical action.
Vacuum gauge : Bourdon tube dial type.
Connection : 3/8" backfill ball valve.
Leakage Certification : No detectable leaks at full vacuum with helium mass spectrometer
calibrated.
3. Mini Antechamber : 1 set
This chamber will be installed right and left side of glove box.
150mm (dia.) x 290mm (Length), Doors : Single center clamped, O-ring.
Gauge : Broudon tube dial type, Vacuum capacity : 1 x 10-3 torr.
4. Automatic Pressure Controller (Color Touch Panel) : 1 set
─5" to 5" W.C., Limits easily adjustable.
Read pressure and set limits. Manual foot switch operate whether automatic control is on
or off.
Two solenoid valves are operated. Gas pressure : 10 psi to 30 psi, approximately 25 psi
suggested
1 set of Vacuum Pump : 200L/min...Intake Type : NW25. Ultimate pressure : 5 x 10-4 torr.
