I do hereby certify, warrant, and affirm that I fully understand and shall comply with all the following requirements concerning my service at the Institute for Basic Science (hereinafter referred to as "IBS"):

1.    I shall execute my work duties with the upmost devotion, and sincerely abide by the relevant IBS regulations, including the “Guidelines for Managing IBS Research Centers”.

2.    I shall not disclose any confidential information (for myself or for a third party) that I have obtained during this research project without obtaining written consent from the IBS.

3.    Even when outcomes from this research project have been lawfully disclosed, I shall not disclose regarding the undisclosed aspects of the research outcomes.

4.    When this research project is completed or is permanently discontinued, relevant materials, including confidential information that I have obtained, shall be immediately returned to the principal investigator for the research project.

5.    IBS shall obtain all intellectual property rights related to any invention that I have created during my term of employment and that is related to the business of IBS; and that is related to my present or past work in IBS. I agree to immediately notify IBS of the creation of such invention.

6.    If my actions are deemed to be in violation of the terms and conditions above, I shall not contest any punishment imposed, in accordance with relevant laws.
