Spectroscopic and Microscopic Studies on Biomolecules, Optoelectronic Devices and microdroplets

■     ABSTRACT
During my Ph.D., I built STED super-resolution microscope and single-molecule spectroscope based on fluorescence. I was interested inbiomolecules such as single-stranded DNA, ARS (aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase) protein in HeLa Cell as well as phosphorescent red OLEDs. In the postdoctoral course, I have studied the fluorescence intensity and lifetime distributions of rotor molecules in microdroplets.
