TITLE
The protein aspects in structural biophysics
■ ABSTRACT
The
amino acids sequence specifies the protein tertiary structure for its function
in the live cell. In the other hand, the normal function of the protein is
related to how well the folding process is done. Many neurological diseases
create due to the protein misfolding, aggregation and fibrillation. Besides,
the environmental interactions affect the protein folding and changes its
conformations and stability. Also, the protein interaction plays a major role
in the binding process which can be applied in the therapeutics drugs and food
industries. Some thermodynamics and computational methods are useful to find
the protein interaction mechanism. As a short talk, we will review these
methods and explain their problems and solutions.
