Analytic framework for understanding the competing multiple light scattering processes
ABC 2018
In many complex physical systems, the
process of interest often cannot be easily separated from other processes
because only the total combined process is accessible. Here, we suggest an analytic framework that predicts how each
subprocess responds to the total process when only partial information on
subprocesses is provided. Specifically, we derive an analytic equation
describing the way the eigenchannel coupling of the total process distributes
its energy to the individual subprocesses, with only the average eigenvalue
